Your body runs on rhythms. When you understand them, everything changes. Explore the science of circadian patterns, energy cycles, and rest with Cudumi.

Body Intelligence

Most of us were never taught how our bodies actually work. We push through fatigue, ignore our natural peaks, and wonder why we feel off. Cudumi is a series of online workshops built to change that.

What You'll Explore

The core pillars of biological rhythm

Each workshop in the Cudumi series focuses on one aspect of your body's internal timing system. Together they build a complete picture.

Circadian Patterns

Your 24-hour internal clock governs almost every biological process. We explore how light, temperature, and daily timing shape your wakefulness and health.

Energy Peaks

Cognitive sharpness and physical strength follow predictable windows throughout the day. Learn to identify your personal peaks and plan around them.

Rest Cycles

Rest is not just sleep. Ultradian rhythms create natural recovery windows every 90 minutes or so during the day. We cover how to recognize and use them.

Physical Performance

Timing affects how your body responds to movement. This pillar connects biological rhythms to how and when physical activity fits into your natural cycle.

Why This Matters

Working against your biology is exhausting. Working with it is different.

Most productivity advice ignores the body entirely. It treats humans like machines that should perform consistently at all hours. But that's not how we work. Your alertness, creativity, and physical readiness all fluctuate in patterns that are partly universal and partly unique to you.

Cudumi workshops focus on understanding those patterns at a fundamental level. Not hacks or shortcuts. Real education on how your biology operates.

Our Approach
The Journey

How Cudumi came together

2019

The question behind it all

A group of educators and wellness researchers began asking why so many people felt chronically tired despite sleeping enough. The answer kept pointing back to rhythm disruption rather than simple sleep deficiency.

2020

First workshop prototype

A small pilot workshop on circadian science ran online during a period when people were rethinking their daily routines. The response was clear: people wanted more depth, not just tips.

2021

Curriculum development

The workshop series expanded into a structured curriculum covering circadian biology, ultradian rhythms, and the relationship between physical timing and performance. Content was reviewed for educational accuracy.

2023

Cudumi launches as a platform

The full online platform went live under the Cudumi name, bringing together all workshop modules in one place with structured learning paths and supporting resources.

Now

Ongoing curriculum growth

New workshops continue to be developed as research on biological rhythms evolves. The core series is now complemented by deeper dives into specific topics like seasonal patterns and chronotype variation.

A look at what's inside

Each workshop is self-contained and can be taken in any order. Here are a few of what you'll find in the full library.

Foundations

Your Internal Clock: How It Works

A grounding introduction to the science of circadian rhythms. Covers the role of the suprachiasmatic nucleus, how light signals travel, and why timing matters beyond just sleep.

Reading Your Daily Energy Map

This workshop walks through how alertness, reaction time, and cognitive clarity shift across the day. You'll learn to recognize your own pattern and what influences it.

The Science of Rest Windows

Sleep is one kind of rest. But your body cycles through shorter rest windows throughout the day too. This workshop explains what they are and how to work with them intentionally.

The Format

How the workshops are structured

01

Watch at your own pace

All workshops are pre-recorded and available on demand. No fixed schedule, no live sessions you have to attend. You move through the material when it works for you.

02

Structured learning modules

Each workshop is divided into focused segments. Short enough to watch during a lunch break, deep enough to give you something real to think about and apply.

03

Supporting reference material

Written summaries, key concepts, and reference notes accompany each workshop so you can revisit ideas without re-watching the whole session.

04

Build your own path

Take workshops in order for a complete foundation, or jump to specific topics you're most curious about. The library is designed to work both ways.
